How to make it

  • preheat oven to 250 degrees
  • brush both sides of slabs w/ mustard
  • sprinkle generously with dry rub and massage in
  • place directly on the upper-middle rack with a jelly roll pan lined with foil on the rack below to catch the drippings
  • cook for 3 hours (leave the oven door closed!)
  • after 3 hours brush the ribs generously with your favorite bbq sauce and set the oven to broil. As soon as the ribs start to bubble, pull them out.
