Nice nutty salad dressing tha I got from a good friend who is an excellent cook.

Ingredients
- 1tsp dijon mustard
- 2Tbs. champagne vinegar
- 1tsp minced garlic
- 1tbs.olive oil or walnut oil
- 1Tbs minced shallots
- salt and pepper
- 1/2c. chopped walnuts
Directions
- Combine all ingredients. Toast walnuts and add to the salad.
