How to make it

  • Mix everything together, bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer until smokies are good and done. Usually about an hour is plenty. Gives time to sterilize canning jars and lids.
  • Optional: Omit lil smokies and now have an awesome steak sauce. Also is great with ham steaks, to make buffalo wings, ribs, and chicken breasts.
  • Optional 2: Add green bell peppers, onions, red bell peppers, chives etc etc and make salsa sauce.
