Salt and Pepper Chicken

- 1/2 cupFlour shopping list
- 1/2 tsp or more Chinese Five spice shopping list
- 1 1/2 tsp Ground sea salt shopping list
- 1 tsp Ground white pepper (if no white available, black's ok) shopping list
- 6 or more Boneless, skinless chicken pieces shopping list
- oil for frying (peanut, canolla, vegetable) shopping list
- 1/4 cup oyster sauce shopping list
- Asian Greens ( bok choi, nappa, choi sum, all chopped ) shopping list
- 1/4 cup each soy sauce,sugar, sherry to marinade if desired shopping list
How to make it
- combine
- flour, Chinese Five Spice, Salt and Pepper in either a med sized bowl or a gallon size plastic zip lock bag Set Aside
- Cut chicken into strips
- Place in marinade for about 20 minutes
- Drain off marinade and pat chicken dry if marination desired
- in med-hot skillet or pan, fry chicken in batches til done (20+ mins)
- rinse and chop greens
- when last batch of chicken is done, add veggies and stir fry quickly
- drizzle oyster sauce over all ingredients in pan and stir quickly
- remove from heat and serve over Chinese noolde cakes or hot rice
