How to make it

  • combine
  • flour, Chinese Five Spice, Salt and Pepper in either a med sized bowl or a gallon size plastic zip lock bag Set Aside
  • Cut chicken into strips
  • Place in marinade for about 20 minutes
  • Drain off marinade and pat chicken dry if marination desired
  • in med-hot skillet or pan, fry chicken in batches til done (20+ mins)
  • rinse and chop greens
  • when last batch of chicken is done, add veggies and stir fry quickly
  • drizzle oyster sauce over all ingredients in pan and stir quickly
  • remove from heat and serve over Chinese noolde cakes or hot rice
