Salt And Pepper Chicken Recipe
Crispy tossed chicken and stir fried Asian Greens

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cupFlour
  • 1/2 tsp or more Chinese Five Spice
  • 1 1/2 tsp Ground Sea Salt
  • 1 tsp Ground White Pepper (if no white available, black's ok)
  • 6 or more Boneless, Skinless chicken pieces
  • oil for frying (peanut, canolla, vegetable)
  • 1/4 cup Oyster Sauce
  • Asian Greens ( bok choi, nappa, choi sum, all chopped )
  • 1/4 cup each Soy sauce,sugar, sherry to marinade if desired

Directions
  1. combine
  2. flour, Chinese Five Spice, Salt and Pepper in either a med sized bowl or a gallon size plastic zip lock bag Set Aside
  3. Cut chicken into strips
  4. Place in marinade for about 20 minutes
  5. Drain off marinade and pat chicken dry if marination desired
  6. in med-hot skillet or pan, fry chicken in batches til done (20+ mins)
  7. rinse and chop greens
  8. when last batch of chicken is done, add veggies and stir fry quickly
  9. drizzle oyster sauce over all ingredients in pan and stir quickly
  10. remove from heat and serve over Chinese noolde cakes or hot rice
