How to make it

  • In a food processor, combine; liver, onion,parsley and egg. process until smooth.
  • add salt, pepper, marjoram, flour and bread cuumbs. mix well and refrigerate for 2 hours.form into 1" balls.
  • to cook; bring a quart of chicken broth to a boil over medium heat,add meatballs and when soup comes to a boil again lower heat to simmer and cook for 10 minutes.

  • can add rice or any kind of pasta and serve as a soup or as a finger food with a hot,honey mustard
