Grandma Vaniceks Czech Liverballs

- 1# chicken liver shopping list
- 5 slices bread processed to crumbs shopping list
- 1 medium onion shopping list
- 1 Tbs. minced parsley shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 6 Tbs. all purpose flour shopping list
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt shopping list
- 3/4 tsp. marjoram shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic shopping list
- 1 quart of chicken broth shopping list
How to make it
- In a food processor, combine; liver, onion,parsley and egg. process until smooth.
- add salt, pepper, marjoram, flour and bread cuumbs. mix well and refrigerate for 2 hours.form into 1" balls.
- to cook; bring a quart of chicken broth to a boil over medium heat,add meatballs and when soup comes to a boil again lower heat to simmer and cook for 10 minutes.
