Fried Rice Eggs and Bacon Recipe

How to make it

• Skillet
• 1 tbsp oil
• place bacon into skillett and cook
• after bacon has fried place on a paper napkin on a plate to the side
• drain some of the oil out of the skillett set aside
• take your 2 cups of rice and add to the skillett leaving a little oil in the skillett so that the rice can fry .
• add Slap yo mama and black pepper
• stir around till rice is fried but not real hard
• place onto serving plates(divide into 2)
• pour some of the bacon oil back into the same skillett
• heat
• break 2 eggs and fry ( over easy/sunny side up )
• after those 2 are cooked place on top of rice on serving plate
• repeat with the other 2 eggs
• Divide up the bacon strips place on each plate...
• Serve.......
• You can have toast , biscuits,
• drink ...milk, orange juice, coffee milk....
