I stumbled onto this recipe...and thought it was a little bizar...just the kind of thing I like to try once or twice...I think I will scale the recipe down tho as will probably be the only one game enuf....just on namesake alone...thougt others might... More

Ingredients
- 6 bananas, peeled, sliced
- 4 onions, peeled, sliced thin
- 2 cups milk, scalded
- 3 cups water, boiling
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Seasonings to taste
Directions
- Boil all ingredients together for about 25 minutes.
- Pass through a sieve.
- Put soup back in stew pan, boil for 1 minute, then serve.

All right you all, I have made this. It is good! try it! The "seasonings to taste" part is important. I added white pepper to mine, keeping it simple, but could go all kinds of directions with this.. the ingredients are simple and cheap! come on! try it and then comment! (might serve 68 or more school kids:)
