Green Eggs And Ham Recipe

	Cheryilyn / All my dishes 1 year, 11 months ago 28 years ago my then 2 year old son decided to quit veggies. His favorite book was Green Eggs and Ham. So one morning I got an idea to blend green beans with eggs. He loved it! All 5 of my children got veggies this way and now my grandkids do. Prep:5m Cook:5m Servings:2	Cheryilyn

Ingredients

2 eggs

1/2 C. green beans (or other green veg.)

margarine or pan spray

salt and pepper (to taste)

1/2 C. ham (diced)

your favorite cheese (grated)

Directions

Put eggs and green beans in blender. Blend till beans are not recognizable.

Melt marg. in skillet

Add eggs , ham and seasonings to skillet. Scramble.

Sprinkle cheese on top.

Serve with toast or tortillas

What a great idea. I have two daughters, one who will eat anything and the other that takes 20 minutes to eat one (1) green bean and it has to have ketchup too!
