Green Eggs And Ham

28 years ago my then 2 year old son decided to quit veggies. His favorite book was Green Eggs and Ham. So one morning I got an idea to blend green beans with eggs. He loved it! All 5 of my children got veggies this way and now my grandkids do.
Ingredients
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1/2 C. green beans (or other green veg.) shopping list
- margarine or pan spray shopping list
- salt and pepper (to taste) shopping list
- 1/2 C. ham (diced) shopping list
- your favorite cheese (grated) shopping list
How to make it
- Put eggs and green beans in blender. Blend till beans are not recognizable.
- Melt marg. in skillet
- Add eggs , ham and seasonings to skillet. Scramble.
- Sprinkle cheese on top.
- Serve with toast or tortillas

My grand-daughters favorite book is also Green Eggs and Ham. I thought of putting food coloring in her scrabled eggs, but she will not eat vegetables either and I think this is a clever idea to get some veggies in her. Thanks,
