How to make it

  • Cook noodles according to package directions, drain
  • Meanwhile, in skillet over medium heat, cook kielbasa and onion until browned, stirring often
  • Spoon off fat
  • Add soup, stir until smooth
  • Gradually stir in milk
  • Add beans and pepper
  • Heat to boiling
  • Reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer 10 minutes or until beans are tender, stirring occasinally
  • Stir cooked noodles into skillet
  • Heat about 2 minutes, stirring often
  • Serve with spicy brown mustard if desired

    Mmm, gotta love tuna-noodle casserole when you substitute kielbasa for the tuna! Great idea.

    So does my husband, I freeze it and he still eats it frozen straight from the package. Have to hide it on him so I have it to cook with LOL This sounds wonderful, bookmarking it to make soon. Thanks for sharing, what a great post.
