chocolate eclair cake

- 1 box graham crackers shopping list
- 2 small boxes of vanilla instant pudding shopping list
- 3 cups cold milk shopping list
- 8 ounces Cool Whip shopping list
- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- shopping list
- frosting; shopping list
- 4 Tbs. cocoa shopping list
- 2 Tbs. vegetable oil shopping list
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract shopping list
- 3 Tbs. softened butter shopping list
- 2 Tbs Karo syrup shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups confectioner's sugar shopping list
- 3 Tbs. milk shopping list
How to make it
- butter a 13" X 9" dish
- line bottom with gaham crackers
- mix pudding with milk; add cool whip, mix and spread 1/2 over crackers, place anouther layer of crackers and spread remainder of pudding mixture over the crackers, place a third layer of crackers.
- refrigerate for 2 hours.

- frosting;
- beat all of the ingredients for frosting until smooth.
- frost and refrigerate for 24 hour.
- cut and serve

Oh this is soooo good, I use to fix this alot when I could get the liquid chocolate in the little packs. That's what my recipe called for to make the frosting. YUM! Great post.
