Ingredients
  • 8 kosher dill pickles, patted dry
  • 2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 2 1/2 oz. thin-sliced dried beef, or other sliced meat

Directions
  1. Spread or pat cream cheese around each pickle.
  2. Wrap 2 sheets of meat around each pickle.
  3. Slice before serving.
  4. May be easier to refrigerate before slicing

My nieces would go ape over this!


Too funny when I saw this.I have been making these for about 30 years! Got the recipe when I was first married and have made it a tradition to make them EVERY year since for New Years Eve.Including this year!My family goes crazy over these. So simple AND yummy!
