Easy spread to make, and marvelous to eat! *wink* Makes about 2 cups of spread, and it won't last long!

Ingredients
  • (1/2 lb) sharp cheddar cheese, cut up
  • (2 oz) blue cheese, cut up
  • (3 oz) cream cheese, cut up
  • 1 tsp caraway seeds
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 cup Guinness
  • Parsley for garnish

Directions
  1. Combine cut up cheddar, blue cheese and cream cheeses in the bowl of a food processor or blender.
  2. Add caraway seeds, paprika and beer.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Transfer to a serving bowl or crock.
  5. Serve at room temperature with crackers, biscuits, or spread on grilled hamburgers or hot dogs.

Oh god this sound soooooo good, I'm making it at the bar tonight. Another way to get guinness into the paitrons hahahahahaha. It will also do well for saint paddys with a little green food dye thank for the post.
