Ingredients

How to make it

  • In a sauce pan, arrange salted butter, sugar and one tablespoon water and let caramelize over high heat.
  • Remove from the heat and add crème fraîche. Let cool a few minutes.
  • Add unsalted butter, and stir until melted, then add mascarpone.
  • Whisk, let cool at room temperature and refrigerate.
