Potato Salad Recipe

Ingredients

6 lbs potatoes

1 medium sized onion, diced

5 eggs

pickle relish

pickle juice

miracle whip-to taste

mustard-to taste

Directions

Peel and cube potatoes.

Put in pot, cover with water, and boil til potatoes are fork tender.

Drain and place potatoes in large bowl-place in fridge to cool.

Boil eggs and dice when done.

Put eggs in with potatoes (stir to mix up well.)

Put in pickle relish about 2-3 Tablespoons or to your own personal taste-stir to mix up well.

Place diced up onion in with mixture and again mix well.

Put in Miracle Whip (I use about 2 cups) and mix in well into mixture.

Pour in pickle juice, to taste, I use about 3 teaspoons-mix into mixture well.

Put in Mustard, again to taste, but I do two swirls.

Mix all together well and place in fridge to cool-about 2 hours at least!
