When I need a quick meal after a busy day this is one of my choices.

Ingredients
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 jar spaghetti sauce
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, mashed
  • 1 small can sliced olives
  • 1 small can mushrooms
  • 1 can corn
  • 1 can Italian chopped tomatoes
  • 8 oz macaroni
  • grated cheese

Directions
  1. Brown hamburger with onions and garlic.
  2. Add spaghetti sauce, olives, mushrooms, corn and tomatoes. Simmer while cooking macaroni.
  3. Put cooked macaroni in large baking dish, dump sauce over.
  4. Add shredded cheese on top and bake until cheese turns light brown in a 350 degree oven.
  5. Serve with garlic bread.
