- ! cup butter shopping list
- 3 cloves minced garlic shopping list
- 1tsp basil leaves shopping list
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/8 tsp pepper( I like white for this) shopping list
- 8 whole boneless skinless chicken breasts shopping list
- 2 beaten eggs shopping list
- 2 tbsp water shopping list
- flour shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups dried bread crumbs shopping list
How to make it
- Melt butter and saute garlic. Be careful not to bun
- remove from heat add spices.
- Pour into small dish and refrigerate until hard
- Pound breasts to 1/4 inch thick
- Divide butter into 8 pieces
- place a piece of butter in center of each chicken
- Roll and fold chicken around butter to completely enclose
- Beat eggs with 2 tbsp water.
- Dip each chicken into egg mixture
- then dip in flour
- then back in egg
- then in bread crumbs
- cover and refrigerate 1 -2 hours
- preheat oven to 400
- place chicken bundles on baking sheet that has sides
- bake for 20-25 minutes(chicken should be golden brown)
- DONT CUT INTO TO TEST, BUTTER WILL GO EVERYWHERE:0
- serve immediately
