Ingredients
  • ! cup butter
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 1tsp basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper( I like white for this)
  • 8 whole boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 2 tbsp water
  • flour
  • 1 1/2 cups dried bread crumbs

Directions
  1. Melt butter and saute garlic. Be careful not to bun
  2. remove from heat add spices.
  3. Pour into small dish and refrigerate until hard
  4. Pound breasts to 1/4 inch thick
  5. Divide butter into 8 pieces
  6. place a piece of butter in center of each chicken
  7. Roll and fold chicken around butter to completely enclose
  8. Beat eggs with 2 tbsp water.
  9. Dip each chicken into egg mixture
  10. then dip in flour
  11. then back in egg
  12. then in bread crumbs
  13. cover and refrigerate 1 -2 hours
  14. preheat oven to 400
  15. place chicken bundles on baking sheet that has sides
  16. bake for 20-25 minutes(chicken should be golden brown)
  17. DONT CUT INTO TO TEST, BUTTER WILL GO EVERYWHERE:0
  18. serve immediately
