Ingredients
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 c. sweet milk
  • 3 tsp baking powder sifted with flour
  • spice of choice
  • cinnamon sugar or confectioners/

Directions
  1. Three eggs beaten light, one and half cup of flour, half cup of butter, one cup sweet milk, three tsp. baking powder sifted with flour, enough to make dough stiff enough to roll; add spice, roll out, cut and fry in hot fat.
