Peanut Butter - Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

1 C Super chunky Peanut Butter

1 C Packed Golden Brown Sugar

1 Large Egg

1 t Baking Soda

1/2 t Vanilla

1 C Mini Semisweet Choco Chips

Directions

Pre heat oven to 350 Degrees.

Mix peanut butter, brown sugar, egg, baking soda and vanilla with mixer till smooth. Add chocolate chips and mix by hand. Roll tablespoons of dough iinto balls and place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet lined with Parchment. Bake for 12 min and remove from oven. Let cool for 5 min on cookie sheets then remove to a wire rack to cool completely.
