How to make it
- Brown beef in a large deep skillet over medium high heat. (Do not drain) I recommend using a low fat type of beef like 90/10.
- Stir in flour, bouillon, slat and pepper. Saute all together for about 5 minutes or until flour is fully absorbed.
- Gradually stir in milk and Worcestershire sauce, and mushrooms. Bring to a simmer, stirring constantly. Cook until thickened, about 5-10 minutes.
- Serve hot over mashed potatoes or bread.
