Bacon Parmesan Monkey Bread Recipe
This is great for breakfast or for a brunch.....Bacon and cheese gives it an excellent flavor.

Ingredients
  • 12 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled up
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 small onion, chopped finely
  • 3 can refrigerated buttermilk biscuits (10 oz size)
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted

Directions
  1. Combine bacon, Parmesan cheese, and onion; set aside.
  2. Cut biscuits into fourths; dip each piece in butter, and layer 1/3 in a lightly greased 10 inch bundt pan.
  3. sprinkle half of bacon mixture over biscuits, repeat procedure, ending with biscuits.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until golden.
  5. Cool 10 minutes in pan; invert pan onto a serving platter.
  6. Serve immediately.
  7. Yield 1 (10inch) ring.

This would be a great campfire breakfast next time I go camping. I'll use the dutch oven.


Yummm.....I'll have to try this soon! (except I'll leave out the onions)
