How to make it

  • in a mixing bowl ( or do it with your hand)
  • mix all the ingredient ( with adding the watter as needed)
  • rolled the noodle with pasta maker, from the thickes to middle thickness i used number 4
  • with folding a few time before going down to the lower number
  • cut into small ( spaghetty size)
  • boil the water add the noodle
  • cook until they float( 2-3 min)
  • ready to be used to make fried lomien noodle

    thanks,I think the baking soda make it more bigger, without it, is when i make italian pasta which more firm,
