French Bread Topping Recipe
A twist on French Bread.

Ingredients
  • 1 c Best Food mayonnaise
  • ½ c green onions, chopped fine
  • ½ c parmesan cheese
  • 1 T worchestershire sauce
  • 1 c margarine, softened
  • 1 loaf French bread

Directions
  1. Preheat oven on broil.
  2. Cut the bread in half, length wise.
  3. Spread the bread with soft margarine.
  4. Mix other ingredients and spread on bread.
  5. Cut each half of the bread cross wise into 2" pieces.
  6. Place the bread in a bread pan.
  7. Broil until light brown; approximately 5 minutes, ovens vary.

For bread with Italian I love to do this: butter, then sprinkle with ground garlic, Italian seasoning, and parmesan, then broil.
