This Moo shu recipe is awesome You dont have to use tofu you can substitute chicken, pork ,beef whatever. the flavor is great.

Ingredients
  • 1 package firm tofu or 1 lb chicken, pork shrimp, or beef
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup cabbage
  • 2 cups sliced mushrooms
  • 1 c`up green onion
  • 1-2 sliced bell pepper
  • 1 TBS minced garlic
  • 1 TBS minced ginger
  • 2 TBS soy sauce
  • Hoisin Sauce
  • Moo shu wrappers or tortillas

Directions
  1. Cut tofu into cubes and sautee over high heat until crispy on outside
  2. Sautee all other ingredients together(except hoisin and tortillas:0)) I put ginger and garlic in first to season oil in pan.
  3. Sautee for 10 minutes
  4. add tofu or meat and cook for about 2 minutes
  5. serve !
