Moo Shu anything

- 1 package firm tofu or 1 lb chicken, pork shrimp, or beef shopping list
- 1 cup shredded carrots shopping list
- 1 cup cabbage shopping list
- 2 cups sliced mushrooms shopping list
- 1 c`up green onion shopping list
- 1-2 sliced bell pepper shopping list
- 1 TBS minced garlic shopping list
- 1 TBS minced ginger shopping list
- 2 TBS soy sauce shopping list
- hoisin sauce shopping list
- Moo shu wrappers or tortillas shopping list
How to make it
- Cut tofu into cubes and sautee over high heat until crispy on outside
- Sautee all other ingredients together(except hoisin and tortillas:0)) I put ginger and garlic in first to season oil in pan.
- Sautee for 10 minutes
- add tofu or meat and cook for about 2 minutes
- serve !
