Nenas Easy Pinapple Upside Down Cake

- 1 any brand yellow cake mix shopping list
- 1 large can of sliced pineapple shopping list
- 1 cup of maraschino cherries shopping list
- 1 cup of brown sugar shopping list
- Pam baking spray (use what you have on hand) shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to what the cake mix box says.
- follow the instructions on the cake mix.
- spray your pan**make sure to spray every part of the pan** (doesn't matter what size or shape you use)
- sprinkle the bottom of pan with brown sugar (use the whole cup of sugar)
- drain juice from pineapple slices, arrange slices evenly on bottom of pan
- add a little bit more brown sugar and again arrange cherries in the hole of the pineapple slices.
- bake as directed on box
- when cake is finished baking, let it cool down for about a hour and a half and when the cake is cool, carefully turn cake upside down onto a plate and give it a little shake or tap and hopefully the cake comes out nicely.
- let it stand for 3 mins and serve with pineapple ice cream and enjoy!
