Microwave Fudge Recipe

This is a quick and easy fudge recipe that can be made when unexpected company drops by!

Ingredients
- 1 - box confectioners sugar
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup pecans
Directions
- mix all ingredients EXCEPT PECANS in a bowl
- Microwave for 2 minutes
- Add pecans and stir
- Pour into a square pan and let sit until it firms up (or you can refrigerate it for 20-30 minutes)

My dad used to make the best fudge, it was really simple, but the recipe I have isn't quite right. This sounds very similar to what I saw him make. Thanks for the post and the memory reminders!
