Ingredients

1 c. butter

1 c. brown sugar

3/4 c. granulated sugar

3 eggs

1 1/2 tablespoons water

3 c. all-purpose flour

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp ground cinnamon

2 c. raisins

2 c. nuts

Directions

In a large bowl beat together butter, sugars and eggs unil well combined.

Add water and mix well.

Combine flour, baking soda and cinnamon.

Stir into sugar mixure until all combined.

Stir in raisins and nuts.

Drop by spoonfuls onto a cookie sheet

Bake at 350 d. until lightly browned.

I have had something simular to this before, it's like a mini muffin or coffee cake...really good. Do you think it would work with a light icing of some kind?
