This batter can either be used for Shrimp or it can be used for Onion Rings... This recipe was given to me by my sister in law... she has used it many times and swears by it..

Ingredients
  • 1 Cup flour
  • 1 Cup water
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 Teaspoon sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons salad oil

Directions
  1. Mix dry ingredients
  2. add water, oil and egg
  3. Dip and fry at 375 degrees
