Moms Asian Soup Recipe
Clear, brothy, and light, this is a great soup for leftover turkey after the holidays. Quick and easy to make, flavorful right away.

Ingredients
  • precooked chicken or turkey meat, including some bones if you've got them
  • chicken broth
  • 1/2 bunch green onions, cut fine (use green part, too!)
  • 1 cup celery finely chopped
  • 2" chunk of ginger root finely grated (you can substitute ground ginger)
  • 1 red bell pepper finely chopped 3/4 cup Gluten Free soy sauce
  • garlic to taste
  • crushed red pepper to taste
  • optional: broccoli, bok choy, (adds ALOT of asian flavor!) shredded carrots

Directions
  1. Throw all the ingredients in a pot together.
  2. Let it cook approx. 30 mins.
  3. Reheats nicely.
