Chicken Po Boy

Great sandwich for lunch or dinner. Popcorn chicken on a toasted hoagie roll with a zesty remoulade sauce.
Ingredients
- 2-4oz. portions of fried or baked popcorn chicken (can use a grilled chicken breast or tenders. shopping list
- 2 hoagie rolls shopping list
- 1/2 cup mayo shopping list
- 1 small onion (minced) shopping list
- 2 tbs. capers shopping list
- 2 tsp lemon juice shopping list
- 1 tbs. Fresh mined garlic shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper shopping list
- 1/4 granulated garlic shopping list
- lettuce shopping list
- tomato shopping list
How to make it
- Mix together mayo capers, onion, lemon juice, both garlics, salt and pepper. Chill
- Toast hoagie rolls (can spread a garlic butter on rolls to toast)
- Place remoulade on hoagie as spread top with chicken, lettuce and tomato. Enjoy.
