Great sandwich for lunch or dinner. Popcorn chicken on a toasted hoagie roll with a zesty remoulade sauce.

Ingredients
- 2-4oz. portions of fried or baked popcorn chicken (can use a grilled chicken breast or tenders.
- 2 Hoagie Rolls
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1 small onion (minced)
- 2 tbs. Capers
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tbs. Fresh mined garlic
- 1/2 tsp. Kosher Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1/4 Granulated Garlic
- Lettuce
- Tomato
Directions
- Mix together mayo capers, onion, lemon juice, both garlics, salt and pepper. Chill
- Toast hoagie rolls (can spread a garlic butter on rolls to toast)
- Place remoulade on hoagie as spread top with chicken, lettuce and tomato. Enjoy.
