Cheesy Broccoli Rice Casserole Recipe

Ingredients

1 small onion, chopped

1 stick margarine

1 c rice, cooked

1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli (16 oz)

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 tsp salt

1 tsp sugar

1/2 c milk

2 c grated Velveeta cheese

Directions

Saute onion in margarine in skillet until transparent

Combine with remaining ingredients in large bowl

Mix well

Spoon into large casserole dish

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes

I love that this is made with Velvetta instead of Cheese Wiz! I am going to use fresh steamed Broccoli instead of Frozen, I think it will give more broccoli flavor. Thanks for the recipe!
