Mashed Sweet Potatoes With Horseradish Recipe

Ingredients

3 lbs. large sweet potatoes

1/4 cup unsalted sweet butter

1 tsp. sea salt

2 tbsp. maple syrup

2 tbsp. horseradish (prepared in vinegar)

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees, place sweet potatoes on baking sheet and roast until easily pierced with a fork, about 1 hour

Peel sweet potatoes while still hot

Combine potatoes, butter, salt, horseradish, and syrup in a bowl

Mash until smooth

Serve immediatly
