Mashed Sweet Potatoes with Horseradish

- 3 lbs. large sweet potatoes shopping list
- 1/4 cup unsalted sweet butter shopping list
- 1 tsp. sea salt shopping list
- 2 tbsp. maple syrup shopping list
- 2 tbsp. horseradish (prepared in vinegar) shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees, place sweet potatoes on baking sheet and roast until easily pierced with a fork, about 1 hour
- Peel sweet potatoes while still hot
- Combine potatoes, butter, salt, horseradish, and syrup in a bowl
- Mash until smooth
- Serve immediatly
