Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) packages of cream cheese, softened

1 (6 oz.) package sharp cheddar cheese, grated (note: I do not recommend using the pre-shredded cheese for this as it has a starch coating that keeps it from sticking.)

2 (3 oz.) cans deviled ham (note: I have yet to find one smaller than 4.5 oz, I just use two of those.)

1 tsp. yellow mustard

2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

2 tsp. grated onion

1/2 tsp. salt

1 tsp. Tabasco sauce

1/2 C. finely chopped nuts (pecans, walnuts,etc.), optional

Directions

Have all ingredients at room temperature.

Put cream cheese in mixer and beat until smooth.

Add ham and the rest of the ingredients, and mix well.

Put mixture in the refrigerator for two to three hours until firm.
