Pineapple Delight Cake Recipe

Ingredients

1 yellow cake mix

1 cup brown sugar

20 oz can crushed pineapple in its own juice (undrained)

1 large instant vanilla pudding

8 oz cool whip

Directions

Bake cake according to directions in a 9 x 13 pan

10 minutes before cake is done , put brown sugar and pineapple with the juice in a saucepan

bring to boil

when cake is done take out of oven and poke holes in it with a fork

Pour hot mixture over cake

Let cake cool completely

Make pudding according to directions and spread over cake

when puding cools top with cool whip

sprinkle with coconut and chopped walnuts

ENJOY!!

My heavens! This sounds wonderful. My husband loves Pineapple Upside Down Cake. It is his favorite. This sounds like a cake right up his alley. We're on a diet, but as a "treat" I may make this. He will love me for it no doubt!
