Ingredients
  • 2 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 large minced onion
  • garlic powder
  • onion powder
  • lots of white or black pepper
  • beefy-onion dry soup mix
  • 1 egg
  • breadcrumbs (optional)
  • 8 eggs
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • Gravy mix of choice, onion, beef-onion, mushroom etc

Directions
  1. combine first 8 ingredients to form into large patties
  2. fry burgers until done to choice, 10-15 minutes
  3. set aside and keep warm
  4. drain off most of extracted oil in hamburger pan
  5. in separate pan, fry eggs until done to choice
  6. prepare gravy as per package directions in pan used for preparing hamburgers, using any drippings left in pan
  7. pour any juices from cooked burgers into gravy and mix well
  8. in separate cereal bowls or plates
  9. add 1 scoop cooked rice
  10. stack on hamburger patty
  11. 1 fried egg
  12. top with 1/4-1/2 cup gravy
  13. make extra gravy as needed
  14. Now, go out and surf, garden or do whatever activity you enjoy

Exactly how we make it, but I've never added onion soup to the burgers. Will have to try !
