The salt actually makes the dried cranberries taste sweeter. I guess I'll have to make a batch of this tonight since I have the chips in stock. Yippee!!

I made this last night to add to Christmas gift of baked goodies - it turned out perfectly! To speed up the process (I was worried it would harden before i got to do everything), i just added the almonds and cranberries directly to the melted white chocolate and then poured the mixture onto wax paper. I also melted some dark chocolate chips to drizzle on top and it looked great! I'm very excited to have found such an easy recipe that looks and tastes impressive! Thanks for sharing :)
