Ingredients

How to make it

  • Mix cake as directed, put into two seperate pans, I use round ones.
  • Once cake is done let cool.
  • While cooling, do a little dance. Makes time go by quicker!
  • Once cooled, put one layer of cake down on serving plate, top with cheesecake mixture.
  • Lay remaining cake layer on top of cheesecake.
  • Frost your heart out.
  • If desired, you can top with cherries, nuts, strawberries, etc.

I'd love to know just how big of a cake pan do you use when you make this recipe. If you use a whole cake mix for one layer (which is a great idea!), won't you need a really large pan? This is a recipe fit for a potluck and or a family event! I'm definitely going to make this for someone's birthday! Thanks for posting this here!
