This is a recipe I adapted from a dessert I bought at Publix. Couldn't find a recipe for it, so I made it to the best of my abilities. Easy and YUMMY!

I'd love to know just how big of a cake pan do you use when you make this recipe. If you use a whole cake mix for one layer (which is a great idea!), won't you need a really large pan? This is a recipe fit for a potluck and or a family event! I'm definitely going to make this for someone's birthday! Thanks for posting this here!
