Deer Tips in Gravy

- 1 pound deer meat, cut into small pieces shopping list
- 1 (6.5 ounce) can mushroom pieces shopping list
- 4 cups water shopping list
How to make it
- Cut enough meat for your family, into small pieces. Brown in a small amount of olive oil.
- In slow cooker, mix 2 packets of brown gravy mix with 4 cups water.
- Add one can mushrooms pieces (including water)
- Add browned deer meat.
- Slow cook on low, all day.
- Serve over rice.

I like deer. If you soak it in whole milk for about an hour before you start the recipe it tastes a whole lot less gamy. My Mom taught me that.
