Ingredients

How to make it

  • Combine 11/2 C. flour,salt, pepper, and herb seasoning in a shallow dish.
  • Dredge chicken in mixture & shake off any excess
  • In a large non stick ovenproof skillet,add 3 tbsp olive oiland saute chicken in batches over med- high heat for 2 min or so on each side until golden brown, and crisp. (Add more oil as needd)
  • Transfer the skillet to a pre heated oven at350. Cook for about 10- 15 min. or until temp reads 165
  • Cook pasta, and drain well
  • While pasta is cooking, heat 2 Tsps. Olive oil in large saucepan. Add garlic, and red pepper, cook for 1 min.
  • Add remaining 1 Tbsp. flour, stirring to combine.
  • Add wine, and bring to a boil for 1 min.
  • Add spinach and cream, and bring to a boil. Sauce is done when (spinach becomes to wilt) Stir in Parmesean cheese.
  • Partly coat pasta with sauce, transfer to large bowl( or individual dishes) top with chicken and extra cheese
