snowball cake

- 2 packs of unflavored gelatin( 2 tablespoons) shopping list
- 1/4 cup cold water shopping list
- 1 cup boiling water shopping list
- 3/4 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice shopping list
- 1can (20 oz) crushed pineapple drained shopping list
- 1 (16oz) container of frozen whipped topping thawed shopping list
- 1 (8 in) angel food cut cut into cubes shopping list
- 2 cups flaked coconut shopping list

How to make it
- In a large bowl , sprinle gellatin over cold water
- let stand for 1 minute
- add boiling water and stir until gelatin is dissolved
- stir in the sugar and lemon juice and stir until the sugar is dissolved
- add pineapple
- refrigerate until its partially thickened( about 20 minutes)
- stir in 4 cups of the whipped topping
- Line a 3 quart ROUND bowl with plastic wrap
- spoon about 2 cups of the pineapple mixture into the bowl
- Layer with half of the cake cubes and half of the remaining pineapple mixture
- repeat layers
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours ( can be made the night before)
- unmold onto a serving plate
- spread the remaing whipped topping over the cake and sprinkle with the coconut
- Enjoy!!!
