Ingredients

How to make it

  • In a large bowl , sprinle gellatin over cold water
  • let stand for 1 minute
  • add boiling water and stir until gelatin is dissolved
  • stir in the sugar and lemon juice and stir until the sugar is dissolved
  • add pineapple
  • refrigerate until its partially thickened( about 20 minutes)
  • stir in 4 cups of the whipped topping
  • Line a 3 quart ROUND bowl with plastic wrap
  • spoon about 2 cups of the pineapple mixture into the bowl
  • Layer with half of the cake cubes and half of the remaining pineapple mixture
  • repeat layers
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours ( can be made the night before)
  • unmold onto a serving plate
  • spread the remaing whipped topping over the cake and sprinkle with the coconut
  • Enjoy!!!
