How to make it

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the dry cake mix, eggs and almond extract.
  • Stir in one can of pie filling until blended.
  • Transfer to a 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking pan coated with cooking spray.
  • Bake at 350° for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
  • Cool completely on a wire rack.
  • Dust with confectioners' sugar.
  • Top individual servings with remaining pie filling.
