How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350°
  • Spray 9x13 baking pan with Pam.
  • Combine soup, margarine, salt, pepper, onion and cheese.
  • Gently mix in the potatoes and pour into prepared pan.
  • Bake for 35 - 40 minutes

    Absolutely love this recipe its quick and easy and makes for good leftovers!! i make it all the time :)

    also i use different cream of soups to change it up cream of asparagus is great!

    I have had a recipe like this before. The only difference was we added cubed boneless chicken breast to it and used a blend of american, cheddar and colby jack cheese. When the casserole was almost done we sprinkle more cheese and bacon bits on top.

    This looks like a great dish to go.Have a small rv and love to find thing that heat up well.Definate must try.Remember do it your way!!!
