Creole Deviled Eggs

- 6 eggs shopping list
- 2 strips bacon shopping list
- 2-3 tablespoons Hellmann's mayonnaise shopping list
- 1 teaspoon Zatarains creole mustard shopping list
- black pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- In pan bring eggs to boil, then boil for 10 minutes
- Meanwhile, cook bacon slices until crisp, drain on paper towel
- After eggs are cooked, remove from stove
- Place eggs in cold water to cool
- Peel eggs and cut into half
- Remove yolks and place in a bowl
- Mash yolks with a fork until fine
- Add mayonnaise and Creole mustard, black pepper
- Mix thoroughly
- Crumble cooked bacon
- Add bacon to egg mixture, mix again
- Spoon yolk mixture into egg halves
- Refrigerate
