How to make it

  • In pan bring eggs to boil, then boil for 10 minutes
  • Meanwhile, cook bacon slices until crisp, drain on paper towel
  • After eggs are cooked, remove from stove
  • Place eggs in cold water to cool
  • Peel eggs and cut into half
  • Remove yolks and place in a bowl
  • Mash yolks with a fork until fine
  • Add mayonnaise and Creole mustard, black pepper
  • Mix thoroughly
  • Crumble cooked bacon
  • Add bacon to egg mixture, mix again
  • Spoon yolk mixture into egg halves
  • Refrigerate
