Country White Bread

- 2 packages active dry yeast(1/4 oz each) shopping list
- 2 cups warm water shopping list
- 1/2 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 tablespoon salt shopping list
- 2 eggs-beaten shopping list
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil shopping list
- 6 1/2-7 cups all purpose flour shopping list
How to make it
- In a large mixing bowl,dissolve yeast in water.
- Add sugar,salt,eggs,oil,and 3 cups flour. Beat until smooth
- Stir in enough remaining flour to form a soft dough.
- Turn out onto a floured surface. Knead until smooth and elastic(6-8 minutes).
- Place in a greased bowl,turning to coat.
- Cover and let rise about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- Punch dough down. Divide in half and shape into loaves.
- Place dough in two greased 9"x5"x3" loaf pans.
- Cover and let rise for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from pans and cool on wire racks.
