Crock Pot Pork Chop Supper

- 6 pork loin or rib chops, 1/2" thick shopping list
- 6 medium new potatoes (about 1 1/2 lbs) cut into eighths shopping list
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup shopping list
- 1 can (4 oz.) mushroom stems and pieces, drained shopping list
- 2 Tbl white wine shopping list
- 1/4 tsp dried thyme leaves shopping list
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder shopping list
- 1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 3 Tbl glour shopping list
- 1Tbl diced pimientos shopping list
- 1 pkg (10 oz) frozen green peas, rinsed and drained. shopping list
How to make it
- Spray a 10" non-stick skillet; heat over medium high heat
- Cook chops in skillet, turning once until brown
- Place potatoes in 3 1/2 to 6 qt slow cooker
- Whisk together soup, mushrooms, wine, thyme, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce and flour; spoon half of mixture over potatoes
- Place chops on potatoes; cover with remaining soup mixture.
- Cover and cook on low heat setting 6 to 7 hours or until pork is tender
- Remove pork and keep warm
- Stir pimientos and peas into slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low about 15 minutes or until peas are tender
- Serve with chops

Thank you so much! This is very close to a recipe from a betty crocker cook book that I have been searching for. It's a favorite of my husbands. I do usually add some baby carrots in with the potatoes and skip the mushrooms and pimento (not a big fan...more
