I'm not sure but I think I got this from Nancyskitchen but it is the easiest BBQ recipe ever. :o)

Ingredients
- 3-lb bonless shoulder roast
- Choice of BBQ sauce
Directions
- Put roast in crock pot and pour bbq sauce over roast.
- Cook 8-10 hours on low
- Take knife and fork and shred the meat after 7 hours and stir then continue cooking in the crock pot.

I make a recipe similar to this but I add 1 tablespoon garlic power n 1 tablespoon onion powder. Like nanny my fav bbq sauce is sweet baby rays. It's so yummy
