Ingredients

How to make it

  • In a large frying pan, place the canadian bacon and fry until heated through.
  • Pour the two eggs into the pan while frying the bacon and crack the yolks, spreading the yolk across the white part of the egg.
  • Separate the eggs while cooking (into 2 separate fried eggs.)
  • Sprinkle the eggs with salt and peppper.
  • Flip the eggs over and place 2 slices of cheese on top of each egg.
  • Remove pan from flame.
  • Spread butter or margarine over the toasted hamburger buns.
  • Place the eggs with cheese and bacon on the bun and wrap or serve.
  • Quick and easy.. Its not much of a recipe but its a great breakfast sandwich!
  • You can go healthier with sliced turkey ham or even a vegetarian protein sausage patty. You can even add a hash brown patty to the sandwich!
