Herbed New Potatoes

The potatoes taste creamy and delicious. Its a simple and quick recipe that goes well with beef, chicken or fish. My husband and I love it!
Ingredients
- Steam: shopping list
- 2 lbs. red and white new potatoes, halved, covered over boiling water until fully cooked. Takes about fifteen minutes. Test potatoes using a skewer to prevent splitting them. shopping list

- 2 T. unsalted butter, melted shopping list
- 2 T. finely chopped parsley shopping list
- 2 T. finely chopped chives shopping list
- salt to taste shopping list
