The potatoes taste creamy and delicious. Its a simple and quick recipe that goes well with beef, chicken or fish. My husband and I love it!

Ingredients
  • Steam:
  • 2 lbs. red and white new potatoes, halved, covered over boiling water until fully cooked. Takes about fifteen minutes. Test potatoes using a skewer to prevent splitting them.
  • Toss Potatoes In:
  • 2 T. unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 T. finely chopped parsley
  • 2 T. finely chopped chives
  • Salt to taste
