This is an alternative to make cornbread dressing. It's easier and requires less prep and cooking time.

Ingredients
  • 1 medium onion (cut up)
  • 1 stick butter (melted)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 6 boneless chicken breasts (boiled)
  • 1 cup celery (cut up)
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 2 cans chicken broth
  • 1 - 16 oz bag Pepperidge Farm Cornbread Dressing (orange & yellow bag)

Directions
  1. Boil chicken breasts and chip up
  2. In a large bowl, mix onion, celery and bag of cornbread dressing
  3. Add melted butter
  4. Spray bottom of a 9 x 13 baking dish
  5. Put half of dressing mixture in the dish
  6. Layer the chicen on top of dressing mixture
  7. In a separate bowl, mix both cans of soup and chicken broth.
  8. Pour mixture on top of chicken
  9. Layer the rest of the dressing on top of the chicken
  10. Pour more chicken broth on top
  11. Bake at 400 degrees for about 45 minutes (until brown and bubbly)
