How to make it

  • Put cilantro, garlic, jalapeno, bell pepper and onion into food processor.
  • Pulse until finely processed.
  • Remove from processor and set aside in a medium bowl.
  • Add tomatoes to processor and pulse until tomatoes are to the texture you prefer: i.e. chunky versus minced.
  • Put tomatoes into bowl of cilantro mixture and stir all ingredients together.
  • Add olive oil and lime juice. Salt and pepper to taste.
