Chicken Breast Supreme

This is so rich and hearty, I find it best served with plain noodles. Quick and easy to put together.
Ingredients
- 4oz dried beef, shredded (real dried beef, not pkg'd lunch meat) shopping list
- 8 chicken breast, skinless and boneless; uncooked shopping list
- 8 Slices of Bacon; uncooked shopping list
- 1 Can of Cream of chicken shopping list
- 8oz sour cream shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 300.
- Cover bottom of 9x13 baking dish with shredded dried beef.
- Place raw chicken breasts on top of dried beef.
- Cover chicken with raw bacon slices.
- Combine cream of chicken and sour cream, mix til smooth.
- Pour mixture over chicken.
- Cover and Bake 2 hours
- Uncover and Bake an additional 1 hour
- Remove from oven, let stand 10-15.
- (I let it stand while I prepare the pasta to serve alongside or under it)
