This is so rich and hearty, I find it best served with plain noodles. Quick and easy to put together.

Ingredients
  • 4oz Dried Beef, shredded (real dried beef, not pkg'd lunch meat)
  • 8 Chicken Breast, skinless and boneless; uncooked
  • 8 Slices of Bacon; uncooked
  • 1 Can of Cream of Chicken
  • 8oz Sour Cream

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 300.
  2. Cover bottom of 9x13 baking dish with shredded dried beef.
  3. Place raw chicken breasts on top of dried beef.
  4. Cover chicken with raw bacon slices.
  5. Combine cream of chicken and sour cream, mix til smooth.
  6. Pour mixture over chicken.
  7. Cover and Bake 2 hours
  8. Uncover and Bake an additional 1 hour
  9. Remove from oven, let stand 10-15.
  10. (I let it stand while I prepare the pasta to serve alongside or under it)
